Placed in order at the end of February 2020. At the end of mark was advised Item had been shipped, two weeks after was emailed saying the item was out of stock. I was then ask to select an item(s) totaling the amount I WAS ALREADY CHARGED, that was now over a week ago with no tracking/email follow up from this company. I purchased the Item for my birthday and was unable to receive. They have no regard for the needs of customers and will take your money. NEVER AGAIN

Meetmode was a website advertising ( what appeared to be) very fashionable clothes both through my Facebook and Instagram feed. I ordred 2 articles of clothing and when they arrived, they were so small. It appears they mis-represented their sizing on their website. There was no slip included with the clothing, nor instructions on how to return the items. WHen I reached out through the email of [email protected] to inquire about how to return the 2 pieces of clothing, they instead offered me a 50% discount for another size, which I told them I was not interested as even their largest size would fit me ( and i'm a misses size 12). They also stated it would be expensive to return it and not worth it (email is at the bottom).ON their website, it does not contain the address for returns. If I would have known this was coming from China, I would have never purchased. Now, I am out $50 to return these items, as they require a tracking number to return the items (which increases the cost significantly to return). This company is misrepresenting their items, and also not allowing a reasonble option to return, or not advertising they are based in CHina.

Sorry for the size problems. We surely can accept your return or exchange, don't worry. But, it will cost a lot of money to return, not worth it.
