Social media add for mother's day personalized gift. They promise 7 to 9 days to deliver. Over 40 days later and still no product. When you contact them they tell you that since you are canceling the order they will only refund you 50% of the price of the item. They keep stringing you along week after week asking for more time but they never deliver a product.
