This company has unacceptable practices. It's A SCAM. All of their products, NOT ONLY ROBOT VACUUMS, are intentionally misrepresented in the first place and will cost additional stress and inconvenience of time and money. Not only should I not have had to front the money to send them back, but I was also told in an email if I did it would be refunded. The company even has online youtube videos to show false dimensions and product efficiency none of which comes in the mail with your purchase. They have sent several emails regarding an immediate refund which they have NOT sent. The phone number is a lady in Boston who has no idea what is going on. A man named Alex Stark signed one email, the rest have been Customer Support. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MEGADEALS, LTD.

They report to have a vacuum that is top of the line. But the product they send is not what is advertised. Everything about it is different and it does not work at all. This company will not refund unopened packages either. It is a complete scam.
