Pictures posted on Facebook about my friend becoming a crypto broker/investments. I texted via messenger and asked her some personal questions and got answers I expected. I thought it was legit. When I said I wanted to invest she said because I didn't know much about crypto she referred to her manager, Matt and to use what's app. Matt had me wire money ($1,000) to crypto.com and change it to Bitcoin. He then gave me an account number with his 'firm' to transfer the money to. I watched my deposit show a 'profit'. After 2 months I tried to withdraw some. I was told I had to wire transfer the commission to them before I could withdraw. 10% is what the commission was supposed to be via an email, the 'broker' Matt said via text the commission was 20%.

I never paid this commission because I know stock brokers take it out of the profit that is made.
