Phone call, we have won $7,800,000 ($2,000,000 in cash and & $5,800,000 in a certified check) and a black or white (our choice) Mercedes-Benz 2019 450 CLS! Wow! How lucky! We followed their directions and called the Federal Reserve Money at 1 866-288-7127 and gave them the account number 1012230# and the code number 2001#. The person on the phone, David Williams, 1 229-638-0127 ext. 101, was very convincing that this was on the up and up and we really had won. We have occasionally filled out letters from Publishers Clearing house but have never entered a lottery. He said they were from Mega Million Lottery Sweepstakes, somewhat connected to the Publishers Clearing House. He sent pictures of the cash in $100. bills and pictures of the black Mercedes-Benz which was supposed to be delivered the next day. The next day he called and we exchanged the pass word he had assigned, "In God we trust" He said the car was being driven on a flat bed truck from Salt Lake City and the Security guards guarding the money were in Salt Lake waiting for the okay to come. He said they were waiting for documents to be signed then they would come. David then said we had to pay the delivery fee of $950. (red flag) We were to go to the Wells Fargo Bank and pay $950 and get a receipt and send it to the Wells Fargo Merchant Janice Cumpston in Omaha, Nebraska, 902-262-7443, routing number 104000058. When he called to say that the car would be here soon, we asked where the driver was. He even had the driver call and talk to us. We asked what mile marker he was by and he knew nothing about mile markers, he was from New York.

He was unfamiliar with this state but when we told him he just needed to look out his window and look for a green sign he couldn't give us a number. He should have passed 2 or 3 while we were talking. He didn't know what highway he was on. After "arriving" at the Boise Airport, he gave us some names of some streets which led to the airport. He didn't even name the highway 84 or Vista Ave. and we didn't recognize the names of the streets he gave us except for Broadway. We asked if we could come to the airport and see the car. He said it was in the customs building and we didn't have permission to enter. (Where is the customs building at the airport for trucks bringing in cars?). David got upset when we said things didn't add up and he hung up on us. It's been a fun trip and no money gained - or lost. We hope no one falls for this scam.
