Scam shipping company. Fake

They want P2P transfer as well.
They don't even provide a legitimate tracking number through known couriers. The tracking number only works for their site and not any of the known International tracking sites.
Shame on ya'll for attempting to extract more money in your scam ways and taking advantage of consumers.

Online Retailer Scam

The purchase was made on Qualitycartoncigarettes.com. Payment was made through paypal and they stayed at free shipping. Megapacific responded as the shipper, I requested additional $80.00 fees for insurance. They claim these fees were refundable on receipt of order. After the fee was paid, the order did not arrive. When additional information was requested, mega pacific requested additional $125.00 for customs, stating this was also refundable and after paying border would arrive within 6 hours. When I refuse to pay the additional fees they stated that my order was at the airport.
I believe that the two sites, Qualitycartoncigarettes.com and MegaPacificDiscreetDeliveries.com are working together in a fraud scheme.
I contacted the original seller and requested information on shipping policy and they stated that I needed to pay their shipping agent. I then formally requested to cancel my order and receive a refund. Of course they have not replied.
Unfortunately, I used paypal, friends and family as requested by these sites- so there is very little chance of getting my money back.
I have also reported these sites to the FTC, GoDaddy, and google. Thank you.
