Mega technologies sent a pop up to my grandmothers computer, after calling the number she gave them remote acess to her computer. since the it has not worked and when called they say that for $300 they can make it run like new, this computer has antivirus protection which is updated, and they say it isnt, also every time ive called them i have been put on hold in the middle of my sentences, and been hung up on many times, not only have they messed up the computer and tried to charge a ridiculous amount of money to fix it they have been rude they also acted like they never got on or remotly acceseed the computer.
