How is this site still up? It is unbelievable. I keep seeing hundreds of new order complaints about orders not being fulfilled. I placed an order to get my son a toy for Christmas. I did it a month in advance to have it by 12/25; yet here we are a month ahead and I haven’t even received the smallest update. Cannot contact them by phone number and if you contact them through email, as stated, then you get the same damn cookie cutter response over and over. Asked for a refund and then the responses stopped. However they’re mighty busy updating their website and posting tweets about their Holiday sales as late as December 19; there’s people trying to contact them since June/July and they haven’t gotten anything back! They keep taking orders and money from customers; but no one that’s their product. This a legitimate scam. My purchases was for $35.19, other have been taken for hundreds.
