Meggie Moran says she provides email marketing services. I hired her for my email marketing. She didn't deliver and completely ghosted me. I had to follow up 5+ times and file a chargeback before she reached out to me. When I filed a chargeback, she got back to me, apologized, said she would issue a refund and then said she issued the refund but it would take 90 days to process. I never got the refund and I've emailed and DMed her countless times about this and she never responded or issued the refund.
