Major Scam. The website looked legitimate too.

Supposedly they shipped a puppy to my state but required refundable insurance. Stupidly I paid it. Then claimed to be US Customs requiring permits to allow the animal into the the city. Payments could be made via multiple sites (Zelle, Venmo, Chime, ect). To which I told them absolutely not. I was not going to believe that Customs would stop a domestic flight and charge this huge fee.

They worked with 2 phone numbers. 1 claimed to represent the shipping company and the other "US Customs." A third and initial contact is the shipper/breeder but I have yet to confirm involvement.

This supposed company was going to ship 3 live animals. They said they needed this extra money just in case something happened to the animals during transit. The transit was supposed to be from the big island of Hawaii to Oahu. At first the shipping fee was 150. They said I had to pay more because the box was leaking and they had to fix it. This was just after the “seller” dropped it off. I told them to get the seller to fix it then. They just kept trying to rush and pressure me into sending more money. Their English was extremely poor and they only use cash app, Apple Cash, Venmo, Zelle. I didn’t have the money so the seller came back and grabbed them. When I had the 150 I paid the seller and shipping company and now they need another 100$ I sent them 100$ but somehow that was to the wrong number and they needed me to send another 100$ to another number. They keep saying they are going to refund me and they haven’t. Nor have they tried to. Complete frauds with a really good website. The seller is also a fraud. I’ll be doing another one of these after this. Axolotlsplanet available. Is there FB messenger page that’s how the seller contacts you. They are probably working together to scam you out of as much money as they can. Another number they use is:+1 (601) 747-0729, +1 (323) 917-1433
