I signed up to received their kits. My debit card continues to be charged every month. However, no packages have been mailed. When you check the tracking, it shows a month later the package isn't even shipped. They say to contact them however they don't answer the phone and I sent them an email to their email support. They never responded. I reached out on FB messenger and they said so sorry reach out to support. They don't help. They don't do anything but keep charging my card $38 a month
