I ordered a shelf for my kitchen. its been 4 months. With many emails. the phone number is always busy. I have even asked for my money back. They always tell me to check with the post office. Which I have done. They tell me the tracking number is not a valid number. All I want at this point is my money back. I live on a fixed income. My daughter has ordered one also with no response. Thanks so much.
