I ordered 3 tops & received them but wasn’t happy with the way they fit me so I decided to send them back. They don’t give you a return label, you have to email for a “return code” which I did. A week later they responded & said they don’t refund money & you can’t return the tops unless they’re damaged. Total scam & I’m out $105. Lesson learned.

The company is Melelly as advertised in Facebook. It claims that they are based in Colorado. But the address in the website is showing: 24006 E 19th Ave, Aurora, CO 80019 which is an Amazon Fulfillment Center This company is outright fraud.. Order a dress and it took 16 days which is suspicious if it is coming from Colorado. The website guaranteed a return policy but they refused instead offered to give refund at a lesser value ($6) for a $52 purchase. The merchandise is not worth keeping and was not as expected. Used Supic Company Limited with address: 85 TOTTENHAM COURT ROAD 85 TOTTENHAM COURT ROAD GREATER LONDON GREATER LONDON W1T4TQ, as contact info with email [email protected].

On 9/25/21 I placed a clothing order from this online company whose site boasts made in and shipped from the USA. Shortly thereafter I noticed another site, going by a different name, with very similar clothing and the same models. Then a friend received an order that she had placed from Melelly and the items received were of poor quality and did not appear to be the items that were advertised. I did some research and found some negative complaints about the company including that the items are not made in the USA. On 10/01/21 I emailed the company that I wished to cancel my order and explained why. The website indicates that an order can be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. My order was showing as being in process, but not shipped. On 10/7/21 I received the following response from Melelly “You can wait until you receive the items to make a decision. Maybe they are very suitable for you and you will like them very much.” I again asked that they cancel my order and let them know that I had filed a dispute with my credit card company. On 10/13 they notified me that my order had shipped and could not be cancelled but I could contact them for a $5.00 compensation once it is received. I emailed that this was unacceptable and that I have no intention of paying for this order. On 10/18 they emailed that I can refuse to sign for it if I don’t want it. The package was delivered and left on my porch while I was away on about 10/29/21. I did not open the package. My credit card company has temporarily credited my account while they investigate, but I am uncertain at this point whether the credit will stand. This company is definitely a Scammer site that uses false claims, and does not back up the listed cancellation and return policy. I am concerned about the personal information that I provided to this company. By the way, there was also a currency exchange fee which indicates that they are operating outside of the USA.

I had purchased clothing from this website and wanted to return the order. Their website stated free online returns within the United States within 30 days.
I have emailed them numerous times and they only respond once a week. There is no phone number to call them. I have been asking for a return authorization code to send back the items, and the answer they provided is that their return address is in Dubai and it would cost too much in shipping at my expense and if I would accept to keep the items and they would issue a partial refund. The cost of the items was $113 and the first offer was $22. The last email they sent was to offer me $55 to keep the items.
I promptly contacted my credit card company and they started the dispute process.
This is shameful business practice.
