Type of a scam Debt Collections
Respected Debtor,
These legal proceedings were issued on your Docket Number-NG106853/H8 with one of Cash Advance Inc.'s companies to notify you that after making calls to you on your phone we were no able to reach you by phone so we are sending you a final email to you so we have no other option left to take court action against you.
We still have not received any payment or answer from your side, therefore we regret to inform you that if we do not obtain the payment of $993 in full before today (Deadline), We will have no other alternatives but to undertake court action against you to retrieve the debt amount.
This is your Case Number# NG106853/H8, Debt Amount: $993
Despite previous reminders, we are disappointed to note that the above account remains outstanding in your name.
As you are a defaulter on this credit/loan. Once the court action is initiated and a judgment/Decree against you to recover the balance amount with the cost of the lawsuit is received, We may need to ask the court to give one of the following orders.
If you believe you are unable to afford the payment options we have offered contact us right away by email and we will do our best to accommodate an amount you can commit to.
Attachment of earnings base(Earnings Arrestment)Deduction from your wage by your employer or arrestment of a part of your salary to satisfy the debt.
Warrant of Execution (Exceptional Attachment Order) – Seizure and sale of movable non-essential assets/property by a County Court Bailiff /Sheriff Officer.
Judicial Circuit of the United States of America Area of Practice: Civil Rights, Banking and Finance, Debtor-Creditor Rights We want to serve as your trusted financial resource in the future, but to do that; we’ll need to agree on the past-due balance.
This amount doesn't need to be settled in full, including late payment costs and interest charges within the next forty-eight hours. Failure to settle this now extremely overdue account promptly will leave our organization with little option but to pass this account to the courthouse.
If you are under any state probation or payroll we need you to inform your superior or manager of what you have done in the past and what would be the consequences once the case has been downloaded and executed in your name.
If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of the date on this letter, we will be compelled to seek legal representation from our in-house attorney. We reserve the right to commence litigation for intent to commit wire fraud under the pretense of refusing to repay a debt committed, by use of the internet. In addition, we reserve the right to seek recovery for the balance due, as well as legal fees and any court costs incurred.
We would advise you to treat this matter with urgency and we believe you will not ignore this final reminder. To save yourself the inconvenience of court action, We kindly suggest settling the total amount of debt and additional costs as soon as possible.
WE HAVE ALL THE RIGHTS RESERVED TO INFORM TO FBI, FTC, YOUR EMPLOYER, AND BANK ABOUT FRAUD.
And once you are found guilty in the courthouse then you have to bear the entire cost of this lawsuit $ 10,000 excluding the loan amount, attorney's fees, and interest charges. You have the right to hire an attorney. If you don't have one or if you can't afford then one will be appointed to you. We believe that this was not your intent and that these steps are unnecessary.
We are sure the problem will be solved soon, as we do not doubt your cooperation. We still trust court action will not be necessary and look forward to receiving payment in return.
