Website claimed to be selling Pomeranian puppies. Website seemed legit, contacted via phone, email, and text. Sent over a purchase contract for me to sign. Stole my money. This person even sent a video and pictures over for myself and my kids to view. Seemed like a legitimate breeder.

I contacted them about 2 dogs with the delivery to my home it was a total of 1400.00 they sent a contract I printed it signed sent it back paid them and felt weird so I sent another email under my aunts name and sons phone number asking about 1 of the dogs I purchase they said it was still avail so then I told them who I was and they gave excuse after excuse so my sister said to look at petscams.com and they were on it under multiple pet sites selling dogs. I can't believe these people are doing this to sooo many people under different names and haven't been caught. Here is some of the names that are on my fake contract and info and texts I have... At the top of the contract it says...We the Johnsone's family, represented by Mellow Williams and Kim Anna (sellers)for the zelle information they gave me is [email protected] and his name is Julius Tabe. Then in the texts through my sons phone he said his name was David Williams. The address in the contract is 522 Pruce St Hillside, New Jersey 07205 and the number I been texting to them is 551-314-1147

They sell the Pomeranian dog for $650 and $50 for shipping, the dog cost that because they have another job and need to sell them as soon as possible. They give you a contract. They use a scam shipping company which later they will ask for more money because they allege that the health department added other requirements that you need to buy an electronic crate and you need to pay them $1500 to rent the crate and they will give you back 90% of the money and you will have to pay them with American express gift card. They never deliver you the puppy and you lose your money.
