This store has been a complete nightmare. They did not answer ONE single email or contact form that I submitted to them and gave no regard to the money they practically stole from me. I was charged $500 for a counterfeit purse, and I explicitly told them not to ship the purse to me and give me back my money instead.

I still did not receive any communication back from them and have received a notification that a shipping label was created on August 4. It is now August 12, and there has been ZERO movement with shipping, but I still have not received my $500. I filed a claim with my credit card company and BBB, but this company is a complete scam and should no longer be able to take advantage of hard-working people.

I have too been a victim of this bogus website, 7/19/2021 3 bags, all counterfeit, crickets from them, and now I am going back and forth with my credit card! UGH!
