They advertised Willow nativity sets on Facebook. I ordered a set and a few additional angels. My total came to $45.20 which was charged to my credit card on January 29, 2023. I was sent a confirmation email for the order and then a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Then last week I received 5 pairs of socks via USPS from the the reported address with the business name as Online Seller. When trying to track my order from their email it says order not found. I emailed them and have never received a response. There is also a phone number listed on their Facebook page (909-265-9888) that doesn't work. Their page lists that the company origin is in India. Shame on me for being blindsided by a deal, and I'm not the only one, but I hope that you can take action since this business is located in your city.
