I saw the Movalo's company advertisement on Facebook for a pilates exercise board for purchase for like $40.00. I clicked on the Facebook link because I was interested in purchasing one. I was charged $57.94 on October 30, 2024 and received a purchase confirmation email from the company. I still haven't received the product, and my bank visa card was charged twice by that company for the amount of 34.95 on November 12th and November 13th of 2024. I emailed the company about my order and about the additional charges to my credit card. I asked for a refund. The company never responded. My bank card was charged by a company called Melavo. This is not the company name they used for advertising on Facebook.

I purchased a chair, chair was never received. I also canceled the membership and was charged twice for this. Their "customer support" seems to be an AI / automated responses designed to stall you past their 90 day guarantee refund policy. Nikki is the only name used in all their response emails.

I have tried to contact these people via email several times & I have been lied to & they are charging my account second time this month. I still have not received the chair I ordered. Also the spelling is switched up on my records in my checking account vs on the website I ordered from.

Ordered their “Melvalo Papasan Chair” on 9/12/24 for $49.99. I received a confirmation email the same day and a tracking number a few days later once it stated it “shipped.”

I received notifications through the Shop App (Shopify) that it would be delivered on 9/26/24. USPS tracking stated it was delivered on the 26th at 9:54am where I noticed the zipcode did not match my own and that I did not have the package in my possession. I went to my local post office where they stated that the package was delivered to an entirely different address miles away and the weight of the package seemed suspicious. They suggested I put in a claim with my bank because in their records it shows that the product only weighed “0.6oz” and a wooden sofa chair with a length of 67inches and a large cushion included would definitely way more than that. It is currently 9/28 and I still haven’t received my package. They also added a hidden $34.95 “membership” fee without my knowledge as there was not even any fine print stating they would start the subscription.
