I was mailed a post card offering free cruse and airfare,On post cared was Amazon name,I called phone # and ask if they are associated with Amazon girl says they do discounts with Amazon.Amazon is big Co.Legit Co..So we go to presentation with Amazon in back of head.(90 min presentation covers a web site that will post big discounts on travel.We pay up front(May 3, 2019) to have access to web site.After taking on line class of web site 2 days to get activated to use site with 3 day refund of money if not happy.But it is weekend told weekend does not count as 3 days only business days .I have until Wednesday to decide if I want to cancel. Was able to access web site Monday and Tuesday.After a lot of time on site and comparing prices I realized the savings were not going to be there.That some other travel sites were offering better savings with no fees.We decided this was not for us.We exercised our right to cancel with phone call and certified letter sign return receipt (witch they received).After they received our cancellation they offered discount of $1505.00,We declined offer and told them we still were exercising our Right To Cancel.We have yet to receive our refund.In contract they have 15 days from date of cancellation letter (May 8, 2019) to refund our money.Today is Saturday May 25,2019.There 15 days was up on the 23rd.They do not respond to emails.Post card was taken at time of presentation by girl at door. I do however have contract and email with there discounted offer. Thank You for letting me vent here.
