I was looking for health insurance while i look for another job. They said they were "shot term" health insurance and set me up with a "plan" and charged me. I later tried to update my insurance information with my doctor's and they told me that I was sold dental coverage and not health isurance. I contacted MA health connector and they confirmed that I did not have a plan.

This was a fake health insuamce plan and they charged me 270.00 and enroleed me in the plan i had to lock my crd and ask for new i need to be reembursed please

Called for Mass Health Insurance and gave all my info and they texted me link to sign etc…gave my debit card # over phone + SS #, email, DOB etc…

This is company is total scam they charge my bank $610 which is the application is not even completed ther give login to my membership but its not good I try to call them on the beginning but the operator said she don’t want to touch it and she will the ask the agent to call me back I waited for months for the call it never happen they said I will receive my card with in a week nothing was send I ask for the stop payment after 2 months now they email me that they cannot my bank account anymore and my benefits will be cancelled I ask for health insurance but they said that’s a dental plan that’s bull[censored]

Called looking for health insurance found this website. They quoted me actual prices and plans. I received an email with my membership number and a login. Also received a receipt for a virtual PT counseling and peer lifetime counseling. This was apparently just for dental. I was told I was to receive a call in the next 24 hours for my medical plan. Never got a call so I called the number I was given. Twice on hold for a hour, one gentleman did pick up then immediately put me on hold them the line went dead after 20 min.

I received a call from a man who said he was an agent calling to help me find health insurance. He said he found a plan for me and i would pay 159.. i was charged 166 i was then transferred over to who he said would be an agent from health care dot gov.

Who asked for my ssn and credit card information. I was receiving emails from health care gov so i thought it was legit. It turns out its a company called health sherpa. I canceled the health plan immediately after realizing its not what i thought i was getting. (Im still not sure if it was Canceled) I then proceeded to log into the member portal of membership benefits plus.. using a password they emailed to me. I then reset the password. I logged in and was not able to review any benefits information. I logged out and when i tried to log back in it jept saying my user info or password was incorrect. I requested a password reset and a different company abd email which was flagged as suspicious from google and couldn't be verified. It only gave along link to reset password.

I then looked up membership benefits plus to review the company reviews and fiund out im not the only one to be scammed out if my health information and personal information. I thought i was getting health insurance instead its a discount plan .. and they charged more than they said they would. The scammer asjed about my health history, medicine im taking and also got my credit card information and personal information. He failed to tell me it was a discount plan he made it sound like it was the insurance plan.

I called the number listed to ask about health insurance. They showed up in a google search for low cost health insurance so I called them and they asked for my credit card information. I was already suspicious here but decided to go through with it. They said that my information was declined despite the fact they had already charged my card. They offered no benefits, no insurance card, and every month since have attempted to take out the $89 they originally scammed me out of. They offer no benefits and are only trying to scam people out of money.
