I bought 21$ worth of goods on December 28th, the initial email said allow 10 days to be processed. After 10 days I emailed them, got no response. I then decided to DM them on Instagram, to which they gave a half hearted excuse of being overwhelmed with orders while displaying 0 sympathy for my situation. This business needs to face legal action.

I emailed the company they advertised 3-4 day shipping all over the page. After 10 days I requested a refund as i have not recieved a tracking number. Now they are claiming to only have 5 employees and the shipping didnt count. I requested my monwy back since my order has been processing for 2 weeks at this point. They will no longer respond.
