This company is a 100% scam

This company is a 100% scam. Do not order anything from them. They will send you a different product than what you ordered (much cheaper) then try to negotiate a different deal in their favor. They apparently sell based off a AI created images that is not even close to what you will receive. They will NOT refund you unless you persist, then they will only refund you if you agree to leave them a 5 star review (to help them cheat other people). I refused to do this so I took the loss (it was under $30). This is how they profit, by sending a lower quality product then hoping you will tire of trying to get a refund. Do not do business with Mementofor.

SCAM/FRAUD

~They DO NOT HONOR their advertisements, listings, policies, and returns, unless it benefits them~ Mementofor had a listing for Valentine Cards with gemstones. It states the package includes crystals: Tigers Eye, Red Jasper, Green Aventurine, Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Blue Spot Jasper, Clear Quartz, & Dalmatian Stone. The order I received did NOT have them included. I've spent weeks corresponding with massive resistance. I finally filed a complaint with PayPal & I'm told that Mementofor will refund 100% once they receive the items back. I'm fine sending the items back but not at my cost. At the time of my purchase, their website said they offer "30-day postage paid returns". You can see the small print at the top of the attached PDF. The envelope that I received came from Franklin, IL, not China. However, Mementor is insisting that I ship to China at my cost. They have also since removed this statement ("30-day postage paid returns") from their website. I am still within my 30 days and they are insisting that I pay for the return. If I don't, they won't refund anything.

Social media post presented an appealing product. Went to the site, selected the product, and proceeded to submit the payment. My first inclination of something wrong was the email correspondence with an odd tracking number. Following the tracking, the data entries seemed odd. Especially in their travel, arrival and departure. Then I got a notification stating that they tried to deliver and that there was an issue with the address. The phone number was from out of the country and looked suspicious. The link to the tracking number also stated that there was an issue with the delivery which led me to the realization that they are working together sharing the information. I double checked the tracking using another more reliable international tracking system. That website showed there were no packages associated with that tracking from any of the global shipping companies.
Afterwards I located all the bad reviews showing that many people have ordered items that never get delivered. I have the phone numbers and the emails saved. My belief is that they rely on these small orders to never be complained about or followed after. However they have probably been doing this for a very long time. Just trying to help others.
