Scammed Thousands Out of Product

My family and I purchased a site years ago for my brother. It was initially 50.00 per site, but then changed to 100.00 per site years later. The promise was to have a lifetime website for your loved one to remember them. The sites were personalized. Since 2019, the site has been "temporarily unavailable" with no response to any of the customers who paid for the site as to why it is down or when or if it would be back up. We posted on the Facebook website and the business replied that they would be back up and running soon. That was two years ago and the site still says temporarily unavailable. Not a single person was refunded, nor given any sort of compensation. If you're going to offer a lifetime website, then they needed to uphold to that or refund if they couldn't continue to keep it running instead of leaving it as "temporarily unavailable". This is a sick way of taking advantage of the grieving who have lost someone they love and it's not ok, for some people like me, this is a form of comfort, a way to feel like you have a line open to them even though they aren't here any longer.
