I purchased a clothing item from a advertisement on Pinterest and never received it although I was charged for it. The website looked legitimate and I was even emailed an order summary and texted that my order had shipped. After a week of not receiving my order, I tried emailing the address given but I did not get a response. I emailed again and still have not received a response. When I received a text, it gave a link that I could track my shipping order. But now the link sends me to a Shopify link to set up a domain which is not normal.

I was also told the shipping was free, when it was not.
