They claim to have never received that email from me and after a few more emails they responded by saying they understand that the vests are not to my liking and they will give me an $80 discount to keep the vests. I turned that down since these are not even close to the vests I had ordered and did not want them. I demanded a refund and wanted to send the products back.
I paid for my own return label and a month later got a partial refund. After confronting them yet again, they now claim that there is a 20% restocking fee. Pasted all over their website are claims stating that they offer 100% money back guaranteed on refunds. Also when I asked for a return they gave their return policy and stated a restocking fee may occur if the product was worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging. The returned items were never worn, altered, and all had original packaging. When I then asked for the rest of the refund and pointed out that they offer 100% money back guaranteed and I met all points of their return policy, they said that the 20% restocking fee is applied to the vests and that they do not refund taxes or shipping. That is not stated anywhere on their site or their return policy. Again they have plastered all over their site that they offer 100% back guaranteed.
The company, Men's USA is a complete scam and need to be shut down on just the fact that they are advertising one thing and send a completely different product of terrible quality that does not come close to the provided picture or description. Aside from that they claim easy returns and 100% money back guaranteed but really keep your money, knowing that you were never going to get the product you thought you paid for.
