A product pictured on their website was sold to me. When received, it was nothing like what was pictured or described. That is scam number one. Scam number two comes in when you try to return it. Their policy indicates that you must email them to receive a return address. They will only accept returns within 14 days of delivery date. They refuse to email back. I have sent over 10 emails kindly requesting a return address for refund as what I purchased was not what I received and there has been no response. Further, there is no phone number on their website.

Ad online shows beautiful products that have nice stitching, wool lining, etc. Actual product is graphic printed cheap garbage.

Asked to return and they have run me around the ringer

-credits instead? No

-more credits instead? No

-give me 5-7 days as the return process takes awhile? No

kept bugging them and 10 days later got a return address. It's in China, and they say not responsible for shipping label. On top of that, saying now that they aren't responsible for "logistics or customs fees", so I imagine I'll be getting pennies on the dollar if anything for the return.
