I attempted to purchase a Disney Sorcerer Mickey Pin on Nov. 20. The money was taken out of my account that day. I received an automated email from Mercari on Nov. 22 saying they reminded the seller to ship the item. Despite several attempts to contact Taco corp. at [email protected] email address that comes up-I have not only never received an answer but also have never received my product. The last time I contacted them was Dec. 13. Their website shows the product has been sold but obviously not to me even though they took the money.

Mercari offers a credit for their site if you refer other customers. I refered multiple customers in 2018 but then they just closed my account and took at the credit. The e-mail that i got is below but there is absolutely 0 proof to support that. They just wanted to honor their credit.

"Your user privileges have been revoked because we have found that you have abused our invite credit system by falsely claiming the value of an invite code. We prohibit this activity, as it is considered to be a form of fraud. We will not be restoring your account.

We have revoked your user privileges, completed or cancelled any open transactions made solely with Mercari Credit, and removed any remaining Mercari Credit."
