I SAW A REVIEW STATING THEY ARE A SCAM AND I DIDNT BELIEVE THEM, I JUST GOT SERVED THE COURT SUMMONS. I WISH I COULD GO BACK AND JUST SETTLE BUT THEY SAID IT WAS TOO LATE SINCE I WAS SERVED.

I got a call on 2.18.22 from Mercer & Murray and Associates. They said I owed a bill from HNB from 2014. They said I could make a one time payment of $800 or make payments. I agreed to make payments. I gave them my bank debit card number. They took out $123.76. I called my bank who won't refund my money because I authorized the payment, but they are issuing me a new card.
