On February 12, I ordered 2 sets for my kids bed , nothing came in. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. It’s a FAKE company . They don’t answer the emails or phone calls. THEY ARE THEIFS. I send them so many emails , no answer. I lost $145.

FAKE BUSINESS! I ordered the "Fluffy Blanket with Pillow and Cover 3 Piece Set" and the "Quality Leather Anti-Theft Backpack" from Merch Locker on 2/5/2020 and I have still not received my order and it is now 4/22/2020. I got an email from a "Bryon Coe", who is supposedly the manager at Merch Locker. His email stated that they are in the process of moving warehouses and the orders are delayed. He also attached a 20% off coupon. SO LAME!

I ordered 3 comforter sets on February 28, 2020. I paid for expedited shipping for delivery in 7-14 business days and have yet to receive them. I have sent several emails without any reply. I do not believe this is a reputable business. I am ashamed that I did not check reviews prior to placing my order. They wasted no time taking the funds from my bank account. I am reporting MERCH LOCKER to the Better Business Bureau

I ordered 2 game cameras on around the first of February. I received a confirmation email in a couple days and another one about 2 weeks later from a Bob saying the my order will be shipped out real soon that they were moving warehouses and that's why it was taking so long, that was Feb. 15th. I have sent numerous emails since with no more responses. 108 dollars down the drain.

The scammer makes a business facebook page but doesn't link a personal page with it. The scammer then places an ad with facebook for comforters, night-vision scopes, backpacks, and other things, so that people can see them & then buy them. Then after people buy a large comforter set, they ship them a pair of socks, or most of the time, NOTHING!

Then after you email merch locker several times, they tell you, every time, even 2 months later, they are "working on" your order.
