Type of a scam Online Purchase
I did some research on this "3rd party transport business" and found that their website was just created in Feb. 2016 however, they claim to have been in business since 1954. Their "contact us" page on their website http://merchandisecargusinc.com - Company Headquarters, 1200 Cooper Point Road Southwest #518, Olympia, WA, 98502. This address and suite #518 is currently being advertised as available for lease/rent in the cooper point plaza.
I also found that there was another similar type of business claiming to be at this same address and their website is no longer active. (mediterraneanfreight.com) It is likely that they were exposed as a bogus business and re-created a new bogus business under the name Merchandise Cargus, Inc.
I tried to verify the business's registration information with the state of Washington and found no results for a business by either name.
I then tried to confirm Merchandise Cargus's affiliation with The American Moving and Storage Association, they had no record of the business, however their website displays the organizations logo along with other trade organization seals. The representative I spoke to at the mover's association also told me the business by law should be displaying their US DOT number.
To best protect yourself, do your own background check and use caution when dealing with these types of transactions. Always ask any motorcycle shipper for their USDOT and Motor Carrier (MC) license numbers.

Yes, the spyder is still for sale ... the spyder is in like new condition and it has only 17,821 original miles on it. It has been well taken care of and garaged kept. Clear title and all the papers come along with the spyder in case you are interested in buying it. The price is $6.000 ... Can you please let me know where exactly are you located???

The spyder is located in Olympia, WA. It has clear title, cleared of any obligations or fees (no lien) and it is registered in my name ... never been wrecked ... this trike has been regularly maintained ... it runs like brand new with no issues .... i'm the original owner... you will receive along with the spyder all it's papers, documents and manuals ... i have all the service records ... i have to sell it because i'm located in Mannheim, Germany with my work for the next 2 years, i'm working at USAFE Army Base. This is not a problem because my wife can handle the shipping and transaction for me .... the price is $6000 shipping included to your address ... in case you are interested please let me know so i can explain you how we can complete a safe transaction for both of us.
