Here is the email I received, a red flag to me was when they kept baggering me on my decision and if I would accept. They kept emailing me and texting me in the same day looking for a response, and I haven't had a moment to look at all the information.
We are delighted to grant this offer of employment for Purchasing Agent
position with Merchandise World. Base on your submitted Resume
details(see your submitted earlier Resume copy attached), and pandemic
situation, we are ready to make a Job Offer with no interview process,
but with a 2 weeks trial( testing) and training period. Training is a
free and you will be paid a base 2 weeks salary as well. Enclosed to
this email attachments, will describe the employment conditions and terms.
The beginning 2 weeks are going similar for all new employees: the
part-time and full time. You may choose the Employment Type (Full-time
or Part-time or Commission only) after the trial 2 weeks period.
Employment with the Company is permanent W2 employment for no specific
period. You will be required to perform all duties to the best of your
ability at all times, follow all reasonable and lawful directions given
to you by the employer.
Your estimated start date will be April 12th, 2021 (or earlier
optional). It is, currently, a work from home( or remote) position
which will start from an office in 1-2 months, or you can continue keep
working as a work from home employee permanently.

this email:

- .pdf attachment "Company's History"
- .doc attachment "PayRoll_Form"
To accept this Offer of employment please return/email back a complete
PayRoll Form with your acceptance. You can fill the electronic copy or,
print the form, fill it by your hand and send it back as a scanned .pdf
attachment. Signature is not required. By accepting this letter of
offer, you acknowledge and agree that you will not use or disclose
confidential information relating to the business of the employer.
Remuneration. You will be paid a Base Salary every two weeks, plus
additional $ cash bonus(look the pdf attachment "Exhibit_1 - Job
Official Duties" for more details).
Your remuneration is listed in a Job Offer Letter and it is still
negotiable.
Trial and Training. A trial period will apply for the first 2 weeks of
your employment. Beginning 2 weeks period is going with no actual hours
and schedule, it is a similar process for Full-time and Part-time
positions with a flexible communication.
Terms and conditions of employment. Unless provisions that are more
generous are provided in this letter or the attached beginning process,
the terms and conditions of your employment will be those discussed with
your Supervisor (please see the contact info from a Job Offer File).
