Merchbar doesn’t update you about the status of your order. They look very legit and trustworthy, but don’t let that fool you. I waited several weeks for any emails about my order, and then decided to research the company and found many others had the same experience. They charge your form of payment and then never send any more updates. Asking for a refund took a while too. Although I did eventually get my refund (the payment was through Amazon, and I just received an email from Amazon that Merchbar issued me a refund. It will take up to 7 days to process, so hopefully that happens), it’s best to look elsewhere if you want to buy vinyls.
