THEY STOLE CREDIT CARD DETAILS!
I ordered a hoodie that was meant to come before Christmas. I noticed I did not get any shipping or tracking even though I paid for tracked shipping. I contacted them three times now with no response and still haven't received any package. The worst thing is, they actually used my mum's credit card details to buy other items from Amazon, they stole nearly $100 from her account all together. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I made a big mistake not reading websites like these but I promise you it is a scam.

They currently are operating under the website Aurelia Derose (https://aureliaderose.com). Only found the name Merci Aesthetic because that's what appeared on my PayPal statement. Never received an item I ordered months ago, and no response to any attempt to email about my order status.

I don't know from which website you ordered something, but my daughter bought LED vines from Merci Aesthetic on 4 September. She chased them once and didn't get a reply, however, she only hit the reply button on the confirmation email to [email protected].

I just sent them a message with URGENT in the subject line, and emailed it to [email protected] (their contact email mentioned on the comfirmation email and on their website https://www.theaesthetic.shop/pages/contact-us).

I immediately received an automatic reply, and about 2 hours later I received a very kind, personal email to say her item will be shipped immediately (they are experiencing COVID-delays...).

Of course we will still have to wait and see if the item will indeed arrive, but I trust it will. Their website and reviews certainly look legit.

TOTAL SCAM DO NOT FALL FOR IT! I Ordered a jumper of their website, after three weeks still hadn't heard anything so I emailed them multiple times asking for an update of my order to no avail. I finally emailed them with a strongly worded email stating they have 24 hours to give me an update otherwise I will be contacting my bank to withdraw my payment. To my surprise they replied assuring me that my jumper would be shipped with 2-3 days. After a week I still hadn't received a shipping confirmation so I proceeded to email them again asking for a full refund and no surprise they didn't reply.
MORAL OF THE STORY DON'T BOTHER TRYING TO CONTACT THEM SIMPLY CONTACT YOUR BANK AND ASK THEM TO DISPUTE IT.

I ordered my lipstick from this company, and have yet to receive it. I even noticed on my bank account it was seen as “recurring payments” I sent an email to address this issue and no response at all.

Please check your bank accounts just to be sure you don’t get the same issue as me.

Total scam. Spent almost 100 bucks on the Sakura wireless charger and some tapestries three months ago. Stuff isn't even marked as shipped. They have not responded to any emails.

I ordered through tumblr as many other people did to face the exact same problems. Their website states that orders are shipped 1-3 days after receiving completed payment. I first inquired about the progress of my order to which I actually revieced a reply to from their customer service email saying it would leave the warehouse a few days later. After having no update for another week I sent another email to no response, I eventually sent many emails asking to cancel my order for a refund (as it had not been fulfilled/shipped yet) with absolutely no response. Even though I know from my 1st email interaction that they are receiving my emails and can respond to my inquires. After frustratingly sending them a dozen emails with no reply I've given up hope and just reported. Its been 3 months since ordering and paying with absolutely nothing to show for it! They have completely ghosted me as they have done to sooooo many other people who purchased from them!JUST DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM!

I purchased the lipsticks that looked like cigarette smokes. Thought it looked cool on tumblr. Should’ve passed on that judgement. Anyways the lipsticks haven’t been delivered. I understand with all that is going on with the COVID-19, so I understand the delay. I purchased this months ago. I looked all over online about the legitimacy of this business and it was just as I thought. Hope everyone is doing alright. I honestly can’t believe this website is still going. If you want something on this website, I am just suggesting elsewhere and save yourself from the stress. NOT LEGIT.

I also found the shop trough tumblr , and while my order arrived (belated, due to Covid I assume) the item I ordered was falsely advertised and the price very high for the cheao [censored] I received. I reached out to them inquiring about a refund, however have received no answer and no return address, which would probably invalid by no anyway due to their 14 day post shipping return policy, while their shipment was belated for months. I've added pictures of both what I received and what I bought, and I advise anyone to not buy there.

I ordered a mushroom wall lamp from them on November 17th 2019 (yes, 2019).
I sent them 6 emails over the span of 2 months because I never received any communication from them beyond the order confirmation, and never heard back.
It had completely slipped my mind until today, June 19th 2020, when my roommate came home with a package to my name. Lo and behold, the lamp I'd ordered 8 months prior, in a broken box, and not functional.
This is clearly a scam, and I'm really frustrated that I didn't notice. Luckily, my item was on sale for only about 10$ CAD, but still.

I found Merci Aesthetic Shop through a Tumblr link. That was my first mistake. My second mistake was not seeing that the website didn't even have a phone number. I still bought a tapestry (and express shipping 4-14 business days) and the confirmation came May 22nd. The last update on my tracking number was June 1st. Since then I have emailed them 4 times. The 5th email was asking if the email even worked and the 6th was basically a "threat" that if I didn't get a reply by the end of the day explaining where my package was, I would take legal action to get my money back. There still is nothing and honestly I don't even know how to get my money back for it. All I know is I've learned my lesson and I hope nobody else falls for this piece of crap store with "professional 24/7 staff".

I ordered two wall tapestries with no real urgency, I just thought they would look nice in my apartment. I hadn't intended to buy two but after I bought the first one I saw another one I liked, and since shipping is free I bought the second one immediately afterwards. A few weeks passed and I didn't receive a shipping notification, so I emailed them about it. The next day I received a shipping notification on the second order I placed, but still nothing on the first, and no actual response to my email.

I received the second order the other day and it's as described and perfectly fine, but now, nearly two months after placing the order, I have yet to receive any update on the first order. I've written to them twice in the past week for some update and didn't hear back, so I've opened a dispute on my debit card.

The kicker is that when I finally got the shipping information for the second order, it was evident on the tracking page that this company clearly just drop ships from Wish. Save yourself a headache and buy directly from Wish or Alibaba if you see something you like on Merci Aesthetic.

I ordered from them a nightlight back in February of 2020. The night light was advertised as being not only realistic, but color changing as well. I never received a confirmation email or any information on shipping. I emailed them several times over the next month and never heard back so I filed a disbute with my bank and got back the $30- I paid. It's from my research that there are MANY others who've had the same experience.

Update: by May I actually received what I believe is what I ordered. However it's litterally just a few wires and a mushroom pink cap made of rubber. Because it is wire and there's no plug I can't use it. Even if it worked I wouldn't spend a dime on this. This company is a sham. Order wisely.

I ordered from here because I saw an ad on Facebook and they were having a “closing sale” they were replying to comments on FB so I thought it was legit. I ordered from them on 4/19/2020 and it is currently 5/15/2020 and I have sent them so a couple emails because the tracking number they sent was FAKE. This is absolute CRAP. Be careful!

I bought a necklace and a tshirt (total costs: 44.98$, which is a damn lot i think) and waited a whole month to arrive because i live in germany. But nothing happened. I waited another month and slowly became very suspicious. I contaced them... noone replied. I contaced them again... noone replied. And again and again and again. I sent them about 12 e-mails and became really angry so i got to the PayPal Service "buyer protection" and same as before, noone replied. So yeah i'm currently waiting for Paypal to sent me an update about my case. I hope i get my money back, its absolutely hilarious that i never found any reviews about merci aesthetic but now that i went deeply into the web doing a lot of research i found this website and i want to tell you guys: NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. Don't even try. And if you already did: type in google "buyer protection PayPal" .

My order of $25.99 placed on 18 August 2018 has, needless to say, not arrived till date. The website has even upgraded to something posh now and yet there is no update on my order. The only reason I (and I am sure many others) placed an order in the first place was due to their amazing Tumblr page and Tumblr reviews and eventually the page disappeared with no way to contact the company. I am unsure if everyone that has been posting here is merely on the bad side of luck or this is a real scam but people, beware all the same!

As i was scrolling through tumblr, (a blog site),I came across someone promoting this website. They offered some simple and cute things for a decent price. I paid money for a product from Merci Aesthetic back in February 2019. They provided me with what looked like a receipt invoice, order number and even a tracking number. (All fake)I was very patient and waited a couple of months before attempting to contact their "support/customer care". I first asked if they could provide me with an update on my purchase. No response. I waited a little while longer and asked again; I told them if there was a problem to please let me know. Again, no response. I have now made multiple email attempts to the provided customer support email with no response as of May 13th, 2019...

I decide to go to their website again and it is now saying that the website domain does not exist. Absolutely a scam. I have never had anything like this happen before, but it really makes you lose your faith in humanity a little bit. I hope no one else fell for this.
