other reviews also complain about this as well. Defective out the box. The pepper ball launcher broke after 1 clip, they wanted me to return thr broken device and pay for a new one or straight up buy a different launcher. Amazon did me a solid and said I don't have to return the damaged product (seems to be a common issue with this product or mercury rise products) so now I'm waiting for a new one to get sent it.
also, their email customer support was ridiculous. i dtold them whats up and just got bull[censored] or them telling how what I can't and can't say via email.
Mercury rise is selling defective paintball launchers listed for self-defense.
if anyone use these (like I was going to as a security person in Puerto Rico) for self defense it would be dangerous.
I'm surprised no one has syed them yet fot faulty weapons.
