They called me as if they were my Capital One Credit Card and left a message about my account balance. I thought it was my Capital One credit card calling me so I return the call. The Rep advised me that they could reduce my interest rate from 24% to 1.9% to assist me in saving interest and most of my payment would go toward the balance instead of interest. The messages had initially said my balance had to be at least $4000. My balance on one of my Capital One accounts was $3600. The rep verified my account number and told me that she would transfer me to Underwriting Dept for an approval. After holding for a few minutes the rep comes back to me and advised me that only 8% of the people that apply get approved and that I had been approved. I then told the rep that this didn't sound legit to me and that I didn't like what I was hearing, She then advised me that My payment would only be $84.00 per month as opposed to $118.00. She said Meridan get $20.00 out of 84.00 and the balance of $64.00 would go to the credit card. I advised her that the reduced payment from 120.00 to 84.00 wasn't a big help to me and that I wasn't interested. She then told me that she would email a link to me of the ScamPulse.com and a list of testimonials which she did. They do have my credit card information but not sure if they have used my account yet. This call was made to me on 7/30/18 between 3:00 and 5:30. They have the ScamPulse.com LOGO ON THEIR SITE BUT IT SAY ScamPulse.com not accredited.
