I would like to report this individual that works out of She’s Perfected Beauty Bar in Corona, CA for being very unprofessional. Since she has no webpage, her instagram page is @hairbylaceeee. I scheduled an appointment with her about a month in advance on her instagram link. I paid my $20.00 deposit & I even had to take a vacation day from work for the appointment. The day before the appointment, I received a text telling that the appointment had to be rescheduled for the following day due to her not having a babysitter. This was not my problem. The morning of my appointment, I woke up to a text message at 3:32 am from her advising that she needed to push the appointment back another 2-1/2 hours. Next thing I know I receive another text cancelling the appointment altogether. She never refunded my deposit, she blocked me from her phone, instagram page, etc….. Words cannot express how furious I am. Not only has she totally messed up my plans for the weekend but she also ruined my upcoming vacation as I was counting on her services. I have no way of contacting this individual, no way of getting my deposit. She should not be able to have a business due to her unprofessionalism. You can’t operate a business in this matter. She has caused me an extreme emotional distress and inconvenience for her lack of professionalism. Her phone is 1-909-202-5945. The shop phone number 1-951-427-5531
