I just received this today in the mail! Thank you for posting this so others have the information to help identify the scam going on. I never responded to a text and an email I received a few days ago because I thought it was to good to be true. You can faintly see the VOID underneath your name 3 times like another person said previously.
Anyone that gets this beware throw it away, shred it up!

These people sent me a check for $2380 and told me to go to Walmart and buy Apple Gift cards. I am going to throw it away. Thankfully, I googled the company before doing anything with it. Lots of stories about this company.

I recently received the same thing I thought it was real since I had signed up through an email I have chime so I try doing picture deposit but my bank kept denying it saying they couldn’t read the letters which they were perfectly clear I was texting back and forward with paul since he “was my supervisor “ he kept helping which made me think it was really real I was blowing up his phone wanting to make sure I sent him pictures of my bank denying it and everything today I spoke with my brother and he told me to be careful cause they did the same to him so I went online and seen this post and man I am beyond thankful for the person who shared their story on here because you guys just saved me from a scam that couldn’t possibly ruined everything for me

I received a text about a Wal-Card Auditoria Assessment job I received a link to click on and it took me to a website about being a secret shopper for Walmart. Filled out the information just my name address and phone number said I would be contacted if I got the JOB. Received a USPS envelope yesterday and inside was my job assignment with pretty detailed instructions but very sketchy a survey form and a check for 2380 that I’m suppose to take to my bank and cash or deposit into my account which I will not be doing. After reading over the assignment sheet a couple different times and looking the check over a million times I came to find 3 different areas on the check that says VOID very hard to see but turning the check just a little you can see weird looking letters below your name on the bottom close to the heat sensitive eagle and on the amount of check above your name. Then I was suppose to buy 3 gift cards at Walmart with the amount of 400 a piece out of 2000 from the check scratch the gift cards and send a clear picture to my supervisor Paul Newton then I’m to go to the other Walmart here in my town and buy 2 more 400 gift card scratch them and send another clear picture to Paul Newton then I’m to fill out the questionnaire about Walmart and send another clear picture but my email this time to [email protected] he is suppose to let me know if I made it to there grading department. I’m to keep the cards safe cause if I pass the 60% above pass mark I will use them for my next assignment otherwise I will have to send them back to an address provided by Paul Newton my supervisor after receiving my score from the grading department. They also encourage giving back to the society so upon my result being sent to my email I’m to purchase a Cashiers Check at my BANK for 30.00 in the name KIDNEY FOUNDATION after I purchase it I’m to text my supervisor for further instructions on the purchased cashiers check.

After the initial contact from a txt I received a cashier's check from a credit union to purchase gift cards from Wal-Mart then report to a supervisor after cashing or depositing the check then he will ask for the gift card numbers. It was supposed to be a secret shopper job
