I cancelled my membership to this gym in January 2024, I removed my credit card from their website and app as to not be continued to be charged. They save my credit card information illegally and continued to charge my credit card for a membership I no longer wanted or had and had cancelled. I signed a contract after a trial workout at their gym under duress and from being pressured and attemped to cancel said membership within the same 24 hours after speaking to my husband. This business did not allow me to end my contract without paying a fee which I agreed to and then they continued to charge my card that they should not have had access to for a monthly membership. From start to finish this business has conducted themselves with questionable ethics and took advantage of me and I fear they are taking advantage of others as well.
