I've been working for this company 6 years now (check my LinkedIn profile). Pertaining to MA office, we've opened an office less than 1 month ago so this is a brand new company for US market.

Morning Mr.,
Nice meeting you today! My name is Logan Molina, I am Senior HR
Manager working at Metal Tecno Service. It will be my duty to guide
you through the process of one month online probationary period.
I will give you a call today to give the voice to the name and
formally introduce myself to you. At other times I am available via
e-mail (Mon. - Fri.) from 9 AM to 5 PM ET. Please, note that phone
calls can only be made by prearranged appointment as MA Division is
currently overloaded with work and therefore it is difficult to
respond to all calls. Just let me know what time works best for you
and I will give you a call.
For your reference to the probationary period, the main aspects of the
process are listed below:
- Probationary period will last one month (4 weeks);
- Salary for probationary period will be paid at the completion of
the month;
- There will be no charge to yourself for guides and materials;
- Probationary period will be home based;
- Probationary period will require 2-3 hours a day of your time with
flexible shift;
- There is no requirement to resign your current position in order to
start the probationary period;
- Successful completion of the probationary period guarantees you
full-time employment.
Pertaining to the paperwork attached, please review the document as it
covers one month of paid online probationary period. It is required
to sign the last page of document before committing to probationary
period.
Please, note that all reporting during one month process will be
done through MA Division and will be processed remotely. New office in
your area will be opening soon, see details below.

To start the process, further steps must be completed:
1. Review the Employment Agreement and ensure your details are
correct, should this not be the case do not hesitate to ask for a
revised copy.
2. Last page of the document must be signed, therefore this is the
only page that must be printed. Sign, scan (or take a picture) and
email it to me as an attachment. Faxed copies will not be accepted due
to issues of clarity.
3. Upon receipt of the signed document we will proceed to the next
step in the process.
START DATE
1. It is usual that 2 groups per week are launched, Wednesday and
Friday.
2. At the moment we have an opening with a group starting on 12/12/18.
3. If this date is suitable, please confirm along with your signed
document, if not then an alternative date will be proposed.
