MetLife Imposter - Employment Scam Reports & Reviews (1)

- Eureka, KS, USA • Jan 17, 2025

A recruiter reached out to me for a job as a Claims Specialist. I did a questionaire/interview and submitted it as he requested. David Rupp emailed me back to tell me I had a job offer and to email HR to let them know my interest and for the official job offer. I received a job offer contract and submitted it with my ID as they asked. The next day I received a welcome email and a text from Darryl the hiring manager welcoming me. He also requested my full name and bank name so they could send me a digital check to deposit to buy my computer, etc. That was when the red flags went up and I search the number 1-845-953-0896. It came up as a scam here on the ScamPulse.com website.
