I paid 1.00 for a 3 day trial to use a Instagram analytics service. There was no indication that I would pay anything additional. However, I was charged $29.99 immediately. Also, when I tried to cancel, the cancel button was grayed out and no way to cancel. I’ve been emailing the business and they are not assisting the cancelation and denying the money taken from my account.
