Towed our car after we for a silly typo when we payed. They said they sent the report to the police, so we got to the police station to find out that was a lie. I then send my police report to the number listed and magically 2 minutes later it populates into the police system. Prior to that they wanted to meet at their sketchy “overflow lot” that our car wasn’t even ant and have us pay $360 cash. Thankfully the police were able to locate our car at their actual place of operation which they would not confirm
