I ordered a bedding set and long story short, the company used a bait and switch tactic. I have attempted to resolve it with the company, however, it is very neglectful and will not admit wrongdoing. There are many negative reviews about this company online and is tactics. I have been in contact via email with an Elisa Watson, Customer Service Executive.
