was not as advertised. I ordered shoes but did not receive the colors that I ordered. The material feels and looks like plastic. It looks like patterns were printed with colored ink on glossy plastic and these have a very strong chemical smell that will not go away. Cannot wear these because because I don't want what ever chemical that was used on my body. Requested return but sellers offered a 25% coupon instead of return and refund. Filed dispute with PayPal and seller will refund only if they receive the shoes at my expense in 1 week from USA to China...what a scam! Horrible company, product, and shipping.

(YT1933821272020804) indicating that a package was delivered to my house on December 13, 2019 and it was not. My Mother was home that day and received a package from Kohl's that day but nothing from Micasahi. I then received an email from LEM at Micasahi on December 25, 2019 indicating "there is one item out of stock in your order" and I could either get a refund or choose another item for the same price. I replied back and requested a refund on 12-30-19 and have received a response.
I am reporting this as a scam because these people are deleting comments and complaints on their Instagram and even Facebook from people who have not received their orders. Once in a while you'll catch someone's comment left on asking how long it's supposed to take to receive their orders. I believe these customers purchased shoes or products online from this company and never received them.
