This person called me and said my Edison will be turned off by midnight tonight unless I paid him $398.47 right now, I did make arrangements with the Edison company earlier today and made a payment of $200.00, so now he said he wanted $100.00 to keep my Edison on. So I tried to send him $100.00 using my Cash App Card, Cash App denied the payment because they said he's a scam, I told him what my Cash App Card said and he hung up on me
