*** ************ *** was contacted my Michael Webber thru a ScamPulse.com referral; we provided a quote to replace his roof. He signed the contract, we send a certificate of insurance and notice of right to lien and a deposit invoice. He asked for us to add $1500 to the invoice to pay the plumber. This was done and payment was received. It appeared to have cleared our bank so we then paid the plumber the extra $1500. Then a couple of days later our bank stated that the check was no good. Mr. Webber has not been reachable since then.
