Seller is advertising on tik tok, Instagram, and other social media outlets for their website that sells horror related items. I ordered a mystery box on July 12, 2023, as of 01/10/2024 I still have not received it. The seller has since done multiple pre-order sales on items without fulfilling my order. I have emailed and texted the seller numerous times. She stated that my order was being shipped two separate times, but nothing. And now she has stopped responded all together to any request for an update or refund request. She has removed her phone number from her website, and has turned off all comments on her social media, so there is no way to warn others regarding this. I was able to find a Tik Tok of a person receiving their order, but the comments on that video were people expressing that they are in the same situation I am in.
