This company has bad business practices.

The matches are bad they are very rude. Don’t waste your money.

I met with these people because of the pandemic. They never lined me up with a single connection. I was given one phone number of a "potential date" who never answered the telephone or called me back. I now have a negatyive mark on my credit score and I am being collected for a contract they never fullfilled. Additionally, on my previous review the management team wanted to argue that they are good people. These are bad people who will take your money anyway they can. Do not fall for their BS. Save yourself the hassle in advance...

I was scammed out of $3500. I was told I would get 6 matches. The first two were in no way compatible with me. I put my account on hold because of Covid, and was told to let them know when I wanted to reactivate. When I called to reactivate, I was told that I would have to pay an additional $1200 if I wanted access to my final four matches. This Company is a total scam, and cares nothing about it's members. Don't throw your money away with them.

I went to Michigan Introductions 07/20 during the pandemic. Living alone and working from home left me very isolated and lonely.
Had a phone interview which lead to in person interview in Ann Arbor. I listened to the sales person go on and on about that the match markers have 28 years experience. She said looking at you, you're beautful and will not have any problems finding the man of your dreams. I was very, very clear on what I was looking for and she reasured me they have many applicants meeting those attributes.
I was excited but couldnt pay the amount they were asking. She brought the price down and like a fool I went for it.
I liked that they did background checks on all candidates and they have to be financially stable. Felt more secure going this way instead of random guys on line.
Once I made payment, like others they acted like I was bothering them.
The guys they set me up with were no where near what i was looking for. Over and over even after many conversations I would go over with them what I vh was looking for. Once I only had one more match left I receive an email that I could add more matches for $200.00 a piece. In the email sent to me they stated that it takes an average of 16 matches to get the right one. That wasnt communicated to me when I signed up. Instead, your beautiful and well put together you will find your match right away.
If you are thinking about going with this company run before they get your money. Total scam playing on lonley hearts. They give you a glimmer of false hope and then go home and sleep at night. How can these people feel good lying to people and be proud of what they do. Dont do it learn from my and other experiences.

This service is not legit. They claim to be a Christian matchmaking service with high values and integrity. They trick you by holding an in-person interview with a sales pitch. It’s very expensive. Then after you pay and make promises, they drop you. They shared personal information of mine with another client despite promises of confidentiality. They say they screen their clients so they are guaranteed to be established professionals with no illnesses. The person they shared my personal information with was not established and very sickly. He couldn’t even walk. They wouldn’t respond to my 5 voicemails, 2 text messages, three emails and an online survey. I reported the fraud directly to my credit card company.
