I had been searching for a remote job for a while now and was sent a message regarding my LinkedIn account so it didn’t even cross my mind it might be a scam. They did an interview through text message on telegram seemed pretty legit and it embarrasses me to say I fell for it. I am desperate for a WFH job . They asked for my address and full name , everything seemed fine until I asked for a form to prove legitimacy and the person I was texting seemed very offended. It was too late for me to realize as I had already sent some personal information. Do as much research as possible before entertaining the idea of a job.
