Never give them info. They claim to be support working for actual companies. Ask for passwords to cameras. Log into your accounts. Steal your credit card info. Ask for money for updates to software on cameras that Arlo provides for free and NEVER asks for passwords or payments for updates. Then they ask for a credit card to put in file and charge $149 annually for the updates or $30 a month. Such scammers who will rot in hell.

I received a call from a man from Micro Tech Squad who advised me that due to unfortunate circumstances, the company is required to refund customer charges for services. I had this company install virus software on my computer for a total charge of $149.99 in 2015. The man indicated that in order to receive the refunded amount, the ScamPulse.com was only going to issue refund checks where charges totaled at least $1000.00 and that if I paid his company $850.00, he would issue a check to me that would arrive the next day for the total amount of $1000.00 covering the $149.99 + the $850.00. I told him this was ridiculous and that the ScamPulse.com would not require this. He said I was obviously confused and I should contact the ScamPulse.com to verify this and that he would call me back 10 minutes later which of course he didn't. I contacted the Oakland, CA ScamPulse.com office and they advised I submit this information via Scam Tracker.
